1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ParcAI platform ("Service"), operated by Suntinus ("we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ParcAI is a personal AI platform offering assistance across multiple life areas — psychology, finance, health, career, relationships, and more — through specialized agents. The Service also includes an autonomous agent capable of creating missions, organizing memory, and synthesizing information on your behalf. It operates in both free (limited) and paid (Pioneer/Architect) tiers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using ParcAI, you declare that you have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.

4. Account & Security

Access to the paid plan is provided via a magic link sent to your registered email. You are responsible for keeping your email address secure and for all activities carried out with your credentials. Notify us immediately at contato@parcai.com.br in case of unauthorized use.

5. Plans & Payments

ParcAI offers a free plan (up to 20 messages/day on selected pillars) and paid plans (Pioneer and Architect — unlimited messages, all pillars). Payments are processed by Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time via the support channel; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

In case of payment failure, the account status will change to "overdue" and paid access will be suspended until payment is regularized.

6. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to use ParcAI to:

Spread misinformation or illegal content
Harass, threaten, or harm third parties
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security mechanisms
Use the Service on behalf of third parties without authorization
Any purpose that violates applicable Brazilian or international laws

7. Nature of the AI Service

ParcAI provides AI-based assistance. Responses generated do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. For critical situations, always consult a licensed professional. The Service does not replace emergency care — in case of risk to life, call emergency services.

8. Autonomous Agent — Task Execution

ParcAI includes an AI agent ("Agent") capable of autonomously executing sequences of tasks within the platform, including: creating and managing Missions, organizing contextual memory, scheduling reminders, synthesizing information from threads, and coordinating multi-step workflows.

The Agent always operates under your supervision. Actions with external effects — sending messages to third parties, third-party integrations, financial transactions, or irreversible changes — require your explicit confirmation before execution.

You may review, pause, or cancel any Agent action at any time in Mission Control
The Agent does not access external systems beyond those you have explicitly authorized in Account settings
Agent-generated content is your responsibility to review before acting on it externally
Suntinus is not liable for decisions made based on Agent recommendations without adequate human review

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software of ParcAI are owned by Suntinus. Content generated by AI agents in response to your messages is granted to you for personal use. Commercial reproduction without express authorization is not permitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suntinus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or Agent-generated outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.

11. Modifications & Termination

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after this period implies acceptance of the new terms. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve any disputes, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law. International users acknowledge that the Service is operated from Brazil and governed by Brazilian law.
